Pagasa’s 4 a.m. weather bulletin indicates that Eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain and thunderstorms due to the trough of LPA., This news data comes from:http://bxq-ncfu-ak-fjqj.gyglfs.com
